In the "Comments" column, state your wishes regarding the pronunciation of e.g. proper names, product names and abbreviations. This column also contains your stage directions.
Write numbers as words, because "347" can mean: three hundred forty-seven, three four seven, three forty-seven or thirty-four seven.
"Time code" column
If the voice recording is to be adapted to a video, the time code (TC) must be noted in the corresponding columns.
"Audio text" column
Each paragraph begins in a new table cell. A paragraph mark or a line break can be placed at most at the end of a table cell. This applies to all columns.
After you have entered all the text, check the spelling.
