ISO 27001
Information Security Management System (ISMS)
ISO 27001 is the international standard for establishing and managing an effective management system for information security.
Protection and confidential treatment of our customers' data and information is a top priority.
Our information security management system (ISMS) is based on the analysis of business risks and includes all measures necessary to ensure information security.
The central feature of ISO 27001 is that information security is understood as a planned, lived, monitored and continuously improving process. Corporate goals, external influences and internal conditions are taken into account. The regular review of effectiveness is an important part of the system.
ISO 17100
Translation services
zappmedia confirms that the translation services it provides are compliant with the provisions of the international standard ISO 17100 (formerly EN 15038) "Translation Services – Service Requirements".
A prerequisite for conformity is the commissioning of a proofreading service.
Online Translation Manager
We use the DIN EN 15038-certified business software Online Translation Manager (OTM) for the administration and quality assurance of our language services.
On request, our customers are provided with free online accounts in our Customer portal. zappmedia guarantees the confidentiality of communication via secure internet connections (encrypted using SSL/TLS).
The integrated document control system ensures smooth technical and commercial processes with checkpoints for quality assurance. Original documents and their edits as well as e-mail correspondence are available for as long as required.
More than 70% of zappmedia customers use the OTM customer portal.
